We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where it applies to visitors and clients in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Onepage GmbH, Hanauer Landstraße 172, 60314 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Onepage processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data is stored in the EU (Amazon Web Services EMEA S.à r.l., Luxembourg; Google Cloud EMEA Ltd., Ireland).

When you visit this website, the following technical data is recorded automatically: IP address, date and time of access, page visited, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system.

Purpose: to deliver the website securely and keep it stable. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Retention: log data is deleted automatically after a short period, unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.

For content delivery, DNS and protection against attacks, Onepage uses Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA. Cloudflare may process your IP address and access data on servers outside the EU. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

3. Fonts

This website uses the fonts Bricolage Grotesque and DM Sans. They are served from Onepage's own content delivery network (onecdn.io), not from Google or any other third-party font service. No connection to Google servers is made when the fonts load.

4. Contact form and email

When you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide. This usually includes your name, email address, company, phone number (if you give it) and your message.

The contact form is provided by Onepage. Your entries are stored in Onepage's EU cloud environment and forwarded to us by email.

Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a potential contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Retention: we delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no further follow-up is expected. Statutory retention periods (for example for business correspondence that leads to a contract) remain unaffected.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set any cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies, and we do not build user profiles.

To remember your privacy settings, the website stores a single technical entry ("one_consent_settings") in your browser's local storage. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking. Storing it is strictly necessary to provide the website (§ 25(2) no. 2 German TDDDG; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

6. Recipients

We share your data only with the service providers named above (hosting, content delivery, email). They act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

7. International data transfers

Azkaria Media is based in the United Arab Emirates. If you are located in the EU, your data is transferred to the UAE when you contact us. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for the UAE. Transfers in connection with your enquiry take place under Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR, because they are necessary to take the pre-contractual steps you requested. Transfers to the USA via Cloudflare are described in section 2.

8. Your rights

You have the right to: • access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR) • have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR) • have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR) • restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR) • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR) • withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

Comparable rights apply under Art. 13–17 of the UAE PDPL. To exercise any of these rights, email info@azkaria-media.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live (Art. 77 GDPR). In the UAE, the competent authority is the UAE Data Office.

9. Security

This website uses TLS encryption (recognisable by "https://" in the address bar), so the data you send cannot be read by third parties.

10. Changes

We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
